About Saro Coating
A finish you'll still notice years later
Saro Coating was founded with a simple goal: standard-setting oven-cured coating for metal and plastic parts, with quality you can see not only on delivery day but years later.

Our story
From the Factory to our customers' trust
How you coat a part depends on what it's made of painting plastic is a completely different job from painting metal. Every material has its own surface energy, heat tolerance and chemical sensitivity: metal needs blasting and phosphating, PP and PE won't take paint without activation, PC is sensitive to solvents and PA absorbs moisture. Saro Coating is built on understanding those differences.
We work for home appliance manufacturers, industrial and automotive part makers, producers of medical devices and cosmetic and hygiene products, and injection-moulding shops from sampling a new part to high-volume coating of housings, panels, metal and Bakelite parts. Before every order we review the material, the operating conditions and what you expect.
Our values
What we stand for
No shortcuts in prep
No part enters the booth without complete cleaning and preparation suited to its material.
Transparent pricing
Price and lead time are clearly agreed before work begins.
The right advice
If oven-cured coating isn't the best route for your part for example if moulded-in colour is more economical we'll tell you.
On-time delivery
Production is scheduled around the date we promised you, even on high-volume orders.
Quality control
We measure quality we don't guess
Every order passes several checks before it is packed.
- Cross-cut adhesion test on samples from every order
- Thickness control for every coat
- Gloss and surface uniformity checks
- Colour checked against the approved sample
- Cure temperature and time matched to each material
- Protective packing for damage-free transport
Environmental responsibility
Solvent-free coating, less waste
Electrostatic powder coating is inherently one of the cleanest ways to finish metal parts: no solvents, near-zero VOC emissions and reclaimable overspray. For plastics, we use waterborne and low-VOC paints wherever the application allows, and low-temperature curing reduces oven energy use.
Your part. A finish that lasts.
